Terms & Conditions

Both parties agree that Iamfabulousbiz is an independent contractor and is not an employee of the client. As such Iamfabulousbiz is excluded from the benefits, obligations, liabilities and duties which are defined by the legalities of employments.

In consideration of the consulting services provided by Iamfabulousbiz, client agrees to pay and all specific fees upon  booking the project or on dates specified within the scope of work.

Iamfabulousbiz shall not incur additional expenses on client's behalf unless authorized by client or specified elsewhere within the consultation agreement.

Upon booking, client agrees to bring Iamfabulousbiz on board as a consultant for the specified project. While the duration of service may be extended if both parties agree, Iamfabulousbiz will plan to terminate service with client upon completion of the final deliverable unless otherwise specified.

Cleint understand that no refund will be admitted once Iamfabulousbiz has begin working on the specified booked project.
